  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Styles returned are subject to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • The item has hygiene stickers still in place (Swimwear)
  • The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
  • Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons)
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  1. Return and Exchange Process:

Contact our customer service at ivy@acmefun.com within 30 days from the date of purchase. Providing your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

  • Ship the item(s) back to us in secure packaging.
  • Refunds are usually returned within 7 days via the original method of payment (requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted), or even within 24 hours if you paid via PayPal. If the returns are not caused by our fault (quality problem, color difference, wrong shipment), we will not refund the postage.

 

  1. Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reasons for the return/exchange
  • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, clearly showing the item(s) and the attached tags.

Please ensure that the photos clearly display the tags attached to the item(s). This will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return process. We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions.

Exchanges will be processed promptly, and you will be notified of any additional charges or refunds.

  1. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
